ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes is open to all legal United States residents at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees of Jake, shopjake.com, its advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate families of each, as well as employees of InStyle are not eligible to enter. HOW TO ENTER. To enter go to www.shopjake.com/instyle to fill out an official entry form with all information requested and submit online. No mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. Jake is not responsible for mutilated, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Jake reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.

DRAWING/GRAND PRIZE GAME/PRIZES/ODDS. Prize Winner will be drawn at random by a Jake employee, whose decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes, from among eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted beginning May 23, 2008 and ending on June 30, 2008. 1 GRAND PRIZE AWARDED: Gift certificate to shopjake.com redeemable for $250 in merchandise only ordered from shopjake.com. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all expenses associated with prize not specified herein. Odds of being deemed a Prize winner will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. No cash redemption of prizes. No transfer of prizes. No substitution of prizes, except that in case of unavailability of prize, Jake reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Prize winner will be notified by email, and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release prior to award of prize. All entries become property of Jake and will not be returned. Any and all income taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner. Prize winner grants to Jake the right to use their name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

By accepting a prize the winner agrees that Jake will not be held responsible for any damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding, use or possession of the prize. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer's terms therefor, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
